Welcome to CHAT Magazines
Chessington CHAT launched in August 2006 and rapidly grew in size, popularity and circulation. A team of local residents now delivers the magazine on a monthly basis to 8,500 homes and businesses in Hook, Chessington & Malden Rushett in the Borough of Kingston Upon Thames. Further copies can be found at the following pick-up points: The Hook Centre, The Kings Centre & Chessington Garden Centre.
Fast forward to January 2024 and the launch of our second publication in neighbouring KT4: Worcester Park CHAT delivered to 8’500 homes in Old Malden & Worcester Park by another team of local residents. Additional copies can be found in Old Malden & Worcester Park Libraries, The Hub Café at Worcester Park Baptist Church, Christ Church with St Philip plus a larger supply at Sainsbury’s London Road, North Cheam.
We’re always asked if we publish any other magazines though and since the launch of Worcester Park CHAT this has become a very regular question. And so we are pleased to announce that our 3rd magazine will launch this June with the first issue of New Malden CHAT distributed by Royal Mail to a whopping 16’000 homes and businesses across the entire KT3 postcode.
Subsequent issues will be delivered to a smaller postcode sector each month allowing us to keep our print and thus advertising costs in line with Chessington & Worcester Park CHATs despite the far larger postcode.
A healthy supply of New Malden CHAT will also be found at Tesco’s, Beverly Way, New Malden each month.
To book an advert in this first June issue please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call 020 8337 7041. June’s copy deadline for all 3 magazines will be Monday 12th May.
The simple aim of our magazines is to provide an effective link between local business and local residents which in turn has provided a free voice for the community since 2006.
To that end we welcome submissions from all parts of the local community: Schools, churches, charities, residents’ associations, clubs and individuals allowing us to offer a wide and informative range of local and topical editorial content. Business editorials are also welcomed alongside business advertising.
Promoting your business with us is great value and has proved highly successful for many of our advertisers in KT4 & KT9. You can read what they have to say on our testimonials page.
